Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags and security seals attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to the designated carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
